We understand you cannot try garments on prior to purchasing so we are happy to provide you a refund or credit should you post your garment/s back to us within 7 days of purchasing.
Garments should be returned new, unused. Returns that are damaged*, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We will not accept the return of items that have make-up or smell as these are signs of wear.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty so therefore are not eligible for an exchange or refund. We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality.
You can only obtain a refund for your online purchase by sending it back to our PO BOX via post after you have notified us by email at gymnasticsstore@pcycnsw.org.au
AFTER YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR GARMENTS AND EMAILED US THEN PLEASE PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH YOUR CORRECT SIZES ONLINE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and new shipping charges so please choose the sizes carefully.
N.B the boxing singlets are a tight athletic fit so its suggested you go 1 or 2 sizes up on these items only.
